Delete your NSA account
You can ask us to delete your NationalSkill Academie (NSA) account at any time. NSA is run by Veecap Eduventures Private Limited, Research Park, IIT Guwahati, Assam, India.
In short
- Ask by email or phone, with your name and the mobile number you sign in with.
- When you ask us to delete your account, we deactivate it at once and delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days.
- We keep payment records only as long as tax law requires.
How to ask
- Email veecapeduventures@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my NSA account” — tap the address to open a ready-made message — or call +91 97073 36713.
- Give your full name and the mobile number you sign in with (and your NSA ID from Profile, if you know it).
- We confirm the request with you on that mobile number.
In the app, Profile → Delete my account opens this page. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
What happens
When you ask us to delete your account, we deactivate it at once and delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days.
Once your account is deactivated you can no longer sign in, and you no longer appear among the top 3 on our website. Your courses, results and certificates are no longer open to you in the app, so download any certificate you want to keep before you ask.
Deleting your account does not refund any payment — see the Refund Policy.
What we keep
We keep payment records (amount, date and what was bought) for as long as tax law requires.
