Delivery Policy
This policy explains how NationalSkill Academie (NSA) delivers what you buy in the NSA app or on nationalskillacademie.org. NSA is run by Veecap Eduventures Private Limited, Research Park, IIT Guwahati, Assam, India.
In short
- Everything we sell is digital. We do not ship anything, so there is no delivery charge or address.
- What you buy opens in the NSA app as soon as PayU confirms your payment.
- Certificates are digital too: they appear in the app once approved.
What you get
When you pay for a skill, it opens in the NSA app on your account, with its video lessons, MCQs, projects and final exam. You use it in the app; nothing is posted to you.
When access opens
Access opens as soon as PayU confirms your payment. You do not need to send us anything.
NSA partners: a plan bought in the partner panel adds its seats there as soon as PayU confirms the payment, and a receipt is issued.
Certificates
Certificates are digital. When you pass a semester’s final exam, your certificate request goes to your NSA partner or NSA for approval. Once approved, the certificate appears in the app, where you can view and download it.
If access does not open
- Check that you are signed in with the same mobile number you paid from.
- Wait a few minutes, then open the app again: a bank can take a little while to confirm a payment.
- If money left your account but the payment failed, it comes back to you — see the Refund Policy.
